Why are we asking you to update your details - do we not control our own system?
SANParks had a contract with Infinity, our service provider, they reneged on their contract with us, and thus we are taking back control and bringing the system in-house.
We were not provided with all client details by the service provider, and thus need to ensure that we have all client details updated and accurately logged, in order to ensure continued and seamless good service.
